Concept

Snap is a fast-paced game for 2–3 players where participants take turns stretching colored ropes across two crocodile-infested ponds. Each rope increases instability, forcing players to constantly decide whether to proceed or hold back. One wrong move can collapse the entire structure, keeping everyone on edge.

Designed and developed as a tension-driven experience, Snap shifts the focus from the thrill of winning to the fear of losing. It is not the desire to win but the risk of collapse that drives player decisions. This psychological shift fuels the gameplay, delivering an instant adrenaline rush and heightening every move with urgency and suspense.

This Project was in collaboration with Aniruddha Deshpande guided by Evan Hastings.
